With around 80 employees, the central real estate customers division supports commercial and residential project developers, housing companies as well as commercial and private investors in complex real estate financing as well as all other financial matters. With the Haspa Group, we cover the entire real estate value chain - for example through the real estate agent Grossmann & Berger or the property and asset managers NM Nord-IMMO Management and HASPA HanseGrund. Since 2017 Haspa PeB is active as a project development joint venture partner and investment firm.
