As a recognized engineering office both domestically and abroad, CP Hamburg provides consulting services in project and construction management as well as in real estate management. Additionally, the office prepares technical expert reports on existing properties and project developments (Technical Due Diligence) across all asset classes for fund companies and private investors as part of due diligence procedures.
