Richard Ditting GmbH & Co. KG is a construction company based in Rendsburg and Hamburg. As a general contractor and project developer, we design the entire life cycle of properties. 

We realise complete quarters, ensembles, and individual residential and commercial buildings with a gross floor area of 2,000 to 80,000 square meters in the hearts of northern German metropolises. Our business partners include private project developers and institutional investors as well as municipal housing associations. 

Founded in 1879, today we a modern, innovative medium-sized company that has been operating in demanding markets for 146 years. The company is currently managed by the fifth generation of the founding family. We employ around 280 people and maintain a wide network of highly specialized subcontractors.
